Return Conditions
- General Requirements: Items must be in saleable condition, with intact labels, in their original packaging, and unwashed. Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the products.
- Non-Returnable Items: A few accessories cannot be returned and the details of those can be found in the description of such products.
- Return Window: You have two days from receiving your order to request a return, ensuring items are in their original, unused condition and packaged as received.
- Labeling and Garment Integrity: Returns will not be accepted if the labeling or accessory has been tampered with during your possession.
- Damaged or Defective Products: These must be returned within (2) two days.
- Original Packaging: Items must have original barcodes, IDs, labels, and packaging unaltered. Missing or modified items will be rejected during the Quality Check process.
- Multiple Returns: You can return more than one product from the same order.
Refunds (If Applicable)
- Inspection and Confirmation: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or denial of your refund request.
- Processing Time: Please allow approximately five to seven (5-7) business days for your refund to be processed.
